About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow our HORECA business segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, and Institutions). The role involves building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination of orders and deliveries for fresh vegetables and produce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales in the HORECA segment.
- Identify and onboard new hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutional clients.
- Visit clients regularly to understand their requirements and maintain strong relationships.
- Take daily/weekly orders and coordinate with operations for timely deliveries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and quick issue resolution.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply schedules with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth goals.
- Follow up on payments and maintain client records.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably in HORECA, FMCG, food supply, or fresh produce industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good local market knowledge and existing connections in the HORECA industry will be preferred.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and field-work oriented.
Qualification:
- Graduate preferred.
