Overview:
Prodapt is looking for an Operations-RPA-Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating Process Design Documents with requirement and change details, troubleshoot issues on production environment and collaborate with teams to resolve the same. The role is based in any Prodapt location, across the globe and reports to the Operations-RPA-Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Incorporate requirements/changes in the Process Design Documents (PDD) and ensure periodic update and timely sign off by the SMEs

Collaborate with client SMEs and other stakeholders in defining the As-Is process and the new process post-automation

Perform Impact analysis and evaluate the feasibility of automation with the target application, target SLAs, volume, and other metrics

Identify new opportunities within the current project and highlight them in Leads generation process

Develop the required solution ensuring code reusability, zero bugs in system or E2E testing, zero review comments, no performance-related issues, and exception handling for all valid scenarios for both functional and non-functional requirements

Perform R&D across all other leading technologies and integrate them with RPA solutions (e.g. Process Mining, chatbot, AZURE, GCP, etc.)

Choose the best RPA tool for the current requirement in view of the current application landscape, also considering the long-term system/Process changes and system integration

Integrate RPA tool with other programming scripts for enhanced, cost-effectiveness, and solution efficiency for best results

Contribute to the compilation of solution design and technical design documents

Perform 1st level troubleshooting for any issues related to servers and infrastructure

Coordinate with L1, L2 & L3 support teams for next-level troubleshooting and resolutions

Monitor and ensure adherence to the SLAs and other quality metrics of the change management services

Track and report change management efforts

Collaborate with the Project Team, Preparing Managers, and Supervisors to lead changes.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field (mandatory)

MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science (desired)

Experience:

2-5 years of work experience (mandatory)

Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects (desired)

Technical Knowledge:

Basic level of Microsoft Office (mandatory)

Basic knowledge of Telecom (mandatory)

Knowledge of RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate (mandatory)

Knowledge of programming languages such as C, Java, DOT NET, Python, VBA, SQL, MY SQL, ORACLE, and API concepts (mandatory)
