Job Responsibilities
- Strong command over written and spoken English with grammatically correct communication.
- Provide customer support by assisting customers and resolving queries via email, chat, and voice calls.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses and effective query resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the stipulated timelines.
- Respond to customer tickets, follow-ups, and other support requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
- Be well-versed with MS Office applications.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in a continuous night shift.
- 5 days working with rotational weekly offs.
- Work from Office (Aundh, Pune).
