Timing 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
Job Description:
Monitoring, supervising of day-to-day EXIM and Excise work & also looking after daily dispatches.
Maintainingall Excise & EXIM Register’s
Independentlyhandle and deal with the authorities (Excise & Customs)
Preparation of pre shipment and post shipment Export and Import Documentation.
Toeffectively liaise and co-ordinate with Banks, CHA, freight forwarders, Shipping Lines, DGFT, Custom & Excise, ECGC and any other relevant body.
Totakecareofall applicable (EXIM /EXCISE) incentives and make sure to get them in reasonable time.
Tokeepproperrecordandfiling of all export and import related documentation
ToprepareMISasperstandardformat.
Timelyfilling of EXIM duty refund under rebate claim.
Totakecareoffilling transit insurance claim documentation
Tocoordinatewithmarketing, purchase department for EXIM and EXCISE related work
Responsible for daily dispatch activities in co-ordination with Logistics & Stores.
Responsible for all EXIM procedure & documentation, duty calculation, audits & transit insurance etc.
Exposureandknowledgeoflogistic arrangements &material packing activities.
AssessEXCISEDuty/Service Tax liability and ensure timely payment.
Maintainingall EXIM & EXCISE records.
Knowledge of EXIM/ Import Export Documentation

– Duties & Taxation-Knowledge of Forwarding & Clearing
-Computer proficient-Good Negotiation & Communication Skills
-Efficient & Capable to Travel to Ports and Customs / Excise Offices MeetingswithSeniorManagement:
Regular meetings with senior management will help keep them informed about legal matters,compliancestatus,andanypotentiallegalrisksthattheorganizationmayface. RecordManagement:
Digitizingandmaintainingproperrecordsisessentialfortransparencyandaccessibility.
It can also assist in legal research ,audits ,and regulatory reporting.
Education: Any Graduate or Equivalent Experience.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
