- Daily Operations: Making sure all housekeeping services as per SLA at all sites.
- Vendor & Staff Management: Coordinate with all service providers, manage contractors, and inspect their work to ensure high quality and safety.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for client complaints, ensuring they are resolved quickly with proper feedback.
- Stock & Admin: Ensure an adequate supply of consumables and review daily checklists, service records, and operational logs.
- Reporting: Create schedules and periodic reports regarding facility usage, maintenance, and service performance metrics.
- Budgeting: Monitor budgets, control costs, and review/approve purchase orders.
- Oversee pantry and consumables
- Coordinate and monitor vendors (cleaning, pest control, etc.)
- Ensure hygiene, safety and compliance standards
- Handle waste management and pest control schedule
- Address employee service requests
- Maintain basic reports and service records
Required Experience: 5 to 8 years

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
