Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.
* Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
* Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
* Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
