Role Responsibilities
- Communicate with US-based clients through calls, emails, and other business communication channels. Handle customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities. Learn and apply sales strategies and client relationship management practices. Understand customer requirements and support client satisfaction. Develop negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Learn international business communication standards and professional client handling practices. Work closely with experienced professionals and receive practical training.

Interest in customer relations, sales, and business communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Jaipur-based candidates only.
