Position Overview:
As a Logistics Faculty member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of logistics professionals. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and up-to-date curriculum, conducting research in the field, and mentoring students to excel in their academic and professional pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and engaging classes in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Develop and update course content based on industry standards and trends.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, and assessments.
- Provide practical, industry-oriented learning through real-world examples.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students in their academic and career development.
- Stay updated with current logistics and supply chain practices.
- Participate in academic activities, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain academic records and complete assigned responsibilities on time.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of teaching experience is preferred.
- Relevant industry experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts, processes, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and student-management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
