Position: Primary Teacher (PRT)
Classes: Playgroup to UKG
Location: Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources to support academic growth.
- Monitor students' progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain classroom discipline while nurturing confidence, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Participate actively in school events, co-curricular activities, PTMs, and other academic initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum planning and implementation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- CTET qualification will be preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred; however, motivated freshers with the required qualifications may also apply.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to join within a maximum of two weeks from the date of selection.
- Willingness to relocate to Kanpur Dehat.
- A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic school environment.
