We are hiring highly motivated, marketing-focused professionals to onboard sports and lifestyle businesses across Chennai. This is a 100% target-based field marketing role, and monthly salary will be decided strictly based on achieved targets and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Partner Acquisition (Core Responsibility)
Identify, approach, and onboard sports and lifestyle shops (badminton courts, turfs, gyms, swimming pools, salons, spas, etc.).
Clearly present the app’s marketing value, booking benefits, and business growth potential to shop owners.
Close onboarding deals independently through on-ground visits.
Monthly onboarding and booking targets are mandatory.
Salary and incentives will be calculated based on target achievement.
Track daily onboarding progress and booking performance.
