Our teams handle voice and non-voice processes across global accounts, and we are looking for a Senior HR professional to drive strategic hiring, manage vendors, support account operations, and lead campus recruitment initiatives.
Role Overview
The Senior HR will lead end-to-end HR operations, vendor management, recruitment projects, campus hiring, and account support. The role requires experience with multiple recruitment portals, international hiring, and HR strategy, along with the ability to manage targeted recruitment projects and campus drives for active international processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead strategic hiring initiatives for international client processes (voice and non-voice roles).
- Source candidates through multiple job portals and social platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Manage screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate onboarding, ensuring quality hiring.
- Serve as Hiring Project Lead for recruitment projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute campus drives and entry-level hiring programs.
Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and staffing agencies.
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and deliverables with external partners.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with RM Ventures policies.
Account & Business Support
- Collaborate with operations and account managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Provide reports and insights on recruitment timelines, candidate availability, and hiring progress.
- Support HR requirements for new client processes and operational expansion.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Handle onboarding, documentation, employee records, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR metrics and reports, including hiring progress, attrition, and recruitment efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and client-specific requirements.
Team Leadership & Strategic Initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior HR executives or recruiters.
- Implement HR strategies and processes aligned with business growth and international client expectations.
- Suggest process improvements for recruitment, vendor management, and account support.
Skills & Competencies
- Experience in international recruitment, campus hiring, and small-to-medium recruitment projects.
- Proficiency with multiple recruitment portals and ATS systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Zoho Recruit, etc.).
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate on account staffing requirements and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset to track HR metrics, campus drive outcomes, and recruitment efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in IT services, BPO, or international process hiring.
- Experience in vendor management, recruitment project leadership, and campus hiring.
- Knowledge of international labor laws and hiring practices is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
