The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and securing interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, sales acumen and a deep understanding of interior project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through site visits, walk-ins, referrals, digital leads and networking.
- Update CRM systems with lead status, follow-ups and conversion details.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, budget and project expectations.
- Present company services, design concepts, materials and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and present initial estimation and final quotation in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in line with company policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients from initial enquiry through project sign-off.
- Provide timely follow-ups, updates and clarifications to clients.
- Address client concerns and coordinate internally to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
3. Coordination & Internal Communication
- Coordinate with the design team for layout planning, 3D designs, material selection and revisions.
- Liaise with the project execution team to ensure smooth transition after sales closure. Communicate client expectations clearly to internal teams to avoid scope gaps.
4. Site Visits & Documentation
- Attend site visits with clients to assess requirements and provide preliminary inputs.
- Collect accurate site measurements and basic technical details in coordination with the design team.
- Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, proposals.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
