- To ensure that patient’s requirements at the time of consultation are met and that their visit to the hospital is hassle free.
- To brief the patient and the attendant about the availability of doctor and approximate waiting time.
- To co-ordinate with Nursing / lab staff to ensure that all investigations are done on time and reports are handed over to the patient without follow up.
- Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible.Collect patient feedback and google reviews.
- To interact with other stake holders and carryout proactive measures to achieve zero error in patient requirements if it is OP to IP conversionGuide patients for further process post consultation like investigations, pharmacy etcEnsure that Doctor cabins are ready as per prescribed standardsInform front office about any change in consultant scheduleTo schedule Appointments
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
