Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Attend customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Manage help desk support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
- Follow up with clients/customers when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or help desk roles will be an added advantage.
Education:
Minimum Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Good speaking skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
