Summary:
An All Rounder Chef is versatile in multiple culinary disciplines, supporting menu preparation, managing different kitchen stations, and ensuring consistent food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare hot and cold dishes, appetizers, main courses, and desserts across various cuisines.
- Rotate between kitchen stations including grill, sauté, cold kitchen, and bakery as needed.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen inventory control.
- Supervise junior cooks and kitchen helpers as required.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace.
