About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager with experience in the insurance sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, managing field activities, and achieving business targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales and direct customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customer and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and convert prospects.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Good understanding of insurance products and sales processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and customer meetings.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
- Candidates from Mathura or nearby areas will be preferred.
