*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented GST & Taxation Executive to manage GST compliance, tax filings, reconciliations, and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in indirect taxation, accounting, and tax regulations while ensuring timely compliance with applicable laws.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
* Perform GST reconciliations with books of account and GSTR-2B.
* Ensure timely payment of GST liabilities.
* Handle Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and compliance.
* Manage GST registrations, amendments, and cancellations.
* Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely tax payments.
* Assist in Income Tax, GST, and statutory audits.
* Respond to GST notices and coordinate with tax authorities.
* Maintain tax records, documentation, and compliance reports.
* Monitor changes in GST and taxation laws and implement necessary updates.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants for tax-related matters.
* Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
*Required Skills*
* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.
* Experience with GST Portal, TRACES, and Income Tax Portal.
* Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
* Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data reconciliation).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to meet statutory deadlines with high accuracy.
*Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
* Exposure to audits, assessments, and tax litigation is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
