Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, water samples and environmental samples.
· Conduct microbial limit tests and bioburden testing as per approved procedures.
· Assist in environmental monitoring of manufacturing and cleanroom areas.
· Prepare culture media, reagents and microbiological test solutions.
· Carry out microbial culture, isolation, identification and enumeration activities.
· Maintain laboratory records, logbooks and test documentation accurately.
· Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of microbial cultures and laboratory waste.
· Participate in equipment cleaning, calibration, qualification and maintenance activities.
Educational Qualifications:
· Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Microbiology or a related field.
Required Skills:
· Basic knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and aseptic practices.
· Understanding of pharmaceutical GMP, GLP and regulatory guidelines.
· Familiarity with environmental monitoring and cleanroom concepts.
· Good communication and teamwork abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

· Sterility testing
