About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Personal Brand & Content Executive to build and manage the digital presence of a business professional across various social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content creation, personal branding, social media trends, and video production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content and can independently execute content ideas from planning to publishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personal branding content strategies across social media platforms.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form and long-form video content.
- Generate creative content ideas aligned with personal branding objectives.
- Write captions, content descriptions, and social media copy when required.
- Manage content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant content formats and ideas.
- Ensure consistency in content quality, visual identity, and brand messaging.
- Coordinate content production and manage end-to-end execution independently.
Requirements
- Strong interest in content creation, social media, and personal branding.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and digital content trends.
- Ability to shoot and edit videos independently.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, VN, or similar software.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Freshers with strong skills, creativity, and a good portfolio are encouraged to apply.
