A Hospital Marketing Professional (often a Public Relations Officer or Marketing Executive) drives patient acquisition, enhances brand visibility, and builds relationships with referring doctors. Responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, managing digital/social media, organizing community health camps, and analyzing market trends to grow services.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote specific service lines (e.g., cardiology, oncology).
- Physician Relations (PRO): Network with doctors, clinics, and corporates to build referrals and foster relationships.
- Digital & Content Strategy: Manage social media, website content, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
- Community Outreach: Organize health camps, seminars, and events for patient education and brand awareness.
- Patient Experience & PR: Handle public relations, patient feedback, and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- Analytics: Monitor campaign effectiveness, report on patient acquisition metrics, and manage marketing budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a hospital, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic setting.
Pay: ₹15,778.37 - ₹25,000.00 per month
