Job Summary
The Process Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and improving organisational processes to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves tracking task completion, maintaining SOP compliance, coordinating with various departments, preparing reports, and ensuring the timely execution of management directives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Maintain process documentation and records.
- Coordinate implementation of new processes and policies.
Task Tracking & Follow-Up
- Track tasks assigned by management across departments.
- Ensure timely completion of delegated responsibilities.
- Follow up with team members regarding pending activities.
- Escalate delays or bottlenecks to management.

- Graduate
