Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, analytical, and tech-savvy Management Trainee – Research & Analytics to support management with business research, data analysis, market intelligence, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research to support decision-making.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Track industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Support management in strategic projects, business reviews, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Leverage AI tools, Power BI, and other digital tools to improve research, analytics, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reports and improve business processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good understanding of business analytics and market research.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or AI tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
