Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Director of Admissions / Admission Head to lead the entire admissions function of the institution. The candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing admission operations, overseeing digital lead generation campaigns, optimizing CRM processes, and ensuring admission targets are achieved. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM platforms (Meritto), lead management, counseling operations, and admission conversion strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. Admission Leadership & Strategy
· Develop and execute admission strategies to achieve annual enrollment targets.
· Lead the admissions team and ensure effective inquiry-to-admission conversion.
· Design admission plans, budgets, and recruitment campaigns.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student demand.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
· Manage and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns for student lead generation.
· Oversee Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing.
· Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and increase admissions.
· Optimize digital marketing strategies based on campaign performance.
3. CRM & Meritto Management
· Manage and optimize the Meritto (NoPaperForms) CRM platform.
· Track and monitor lead lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment.
· Ensure proper lead allocation, follow-ups, automation workflows, and reporting.
· Generate admission funnel reports and conversion analytics.
· Maintain CRM data accuracy and process compliance.
4. Student Recruitment & Conversion
· Supervise admission counselors and ensure timely lead follow-up.
· Develop conversion strategies to improve enrollment ratios.
· Handle high-priority student and parent interactions when required.
· Conduct counseling sessions and admission presentations.
5. Team Management
· Recruit, train, and mentor admission counselors and telecalling teams.
· Set performance targets and monitor individual productivity.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
· Ensure adherence to admission processes and service standards.
6. Outreach & Business Development
· Build relationships with schools, PU colleges, coaching centers, and educational partners.
· Organize admission drives, seminars, career guidance programs, and education fairs.
· Develop institutional partnerships to enhance student recruitment.
7. Reporting & Analytics
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for management.
· Analyze admission funnel performance and campaign effectiveness.
· Present strategic recommendations to improve admissions and marketing outcomes.
· Forecast admissions and enrollment trends.
Required Skills & Expertise
· Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
· Strong knowledge of Google Ads and campaign optimization.
· Experience working with Meritto (NoPaperForms) CRM.
· Understanding of Lead Management Systems (LMS) and CRM workflows.
· Knowledge of Admission Funnel Management and Student Recruitment Strategies.
· Data Analytics and Reporting Skills.
· Team Leadership and Performance Management.
· Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
· Strong understanding of Higher Education Admissions.
Qualification
· Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree Preferred).
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in College/University Admissions.
· Proven experience in handling admission targets and digital lead generation campaigns.
· Experience managing CRM platforms, especially Meritto, will be highly preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Experience in Engineering, Degree, MBA, PUC, or Higher Education Institutions.
· Strong expertise in admissions, digital marketing, and student enrollment management.
· Ability to independently manage admissions operations, lead generation campaigns, and CRM systems.
· Capable of driving admissions growth through both online and offline channels.
Immediate Joiners Preferred. Candidates with proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Meritto CRM, Admission Operations, and Team Leadership will be given preference.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
