We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager – Real Estate (Channel Partner: 958 Real Pvt Ltd.) to manage and drive sales for multiple residential and commercial projects. The candidate must have prior experience working with a real estate channel partner, not a developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales for multiple developer projects as a Channel Partner
- Lead and monitor sales team performance and target achievement
- Handle CP leads, walk-in clients, follow-ups, and deal closures
- Coordinate site visits and booking processes
- Liaise with developers for inventory, pricing, offers, and approvals
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and sales reports
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth closure process
- Build long-term relationships with clients and developers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–7years experience with a Real Estate Channel Partner (mandatory)
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of residential & commercial real estate projects
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
