About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Management Consultant (PMC) to oversee and manage real estate development projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, execution, coordination, quality control, and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor overall project planning and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks, delays, and potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Review project progress and prepare regular MIS/progress reports.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for approvals, drawings, and technical requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable construction standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and project review meetings.
- Support management in achieving timely and cost-effective project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in real estate, construction, or project management.
- Strong experience in managing large-scale residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Good knowledge of construction processes, project planning, contracts, and quality control.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCAD or other relevant project management tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within timelines and budgets.
