Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Head – HR & Organization Development to lead the transformation of our people, culture, and organizational capabilities. This role will be responsible for driving HR strategy while making Organization Development (OD) the core focus by building leadership capability, performance culture, talent pipelines, employee engagement, succession planning, and change management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities1. Organization Development (Primary Responsibility – 50%)
- Develop and implement the organization's OD strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive organizational transformation, restructuring, and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
- Design competency frameworks, career paths, and leadership development programs.
- Lead succession planning and identify high-potential talent.
- Build a high-performance culture through robust Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Develop employee engagement, recognition, and retention strategies.
- Design learning journeys, capability-building initiatives, and management development programs.
- Facilitate culture transformation and change management initiatives.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and recommend structural improvements.
- Use HR analytics and employee feedback to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness.
2. HR Strategy & Operations
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Lead manpower planning and strategic workforce planning.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HRMS.
- Drive recruitment for blue-collar, white-collar, and leadership hiring.
- Ensure statutory compliance and HR audits.
- Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
3. Industrial Relations & Compliance
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain harmonious employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with:
- Factory Act
- EPF
- ESIC
- CLRA
- Bonus Act
- Gratuity Act
- Labour Codes and other applicable laws
- Manage disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and domestic inquiries where required.
4. Leadership & Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders on organizational design and people strategy.
- Coach managers on leadership, performance, and employee development.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Present HR dashboards, MIS, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Qualification

Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing.
- Strong exposure to Organization Development initiatives.
- Experience leading HR teams in organizations with 300+ employees is preferred.
- Proven experience in culture transformation, leadership development, and performance management.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
