1. Dispatch Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate daily dispatches as per sales orders and dispatch schedule.
- Ensure material is dispatched according to quantity, quality, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, and Transporters for smooth dispatch execution.
- Monitor pending dispatches and ensure timely completion.
2. Dispatch Documentation
- Prepare and verify:
- Delivery Challans
- E-Way Bills
- Invoices
- LR Copies
- Transport Documents
- Dispatch Registers
- Maintain proper dispatch records and filing systems.
3. Vehicle Coordination
- Arrange vehicles as per dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement.
- Track vehicle movement and dispatch status.
- Resolve loading and transportation-related issues.
4. Dispatch Tracking
- Update dispatch dashboard daily.
- Track:
- Planned vs Actual Dispatch
- Pending Dispatches
- Vehicle Delays
- Customer Deliveries
- Share daily dispatch status with management.
5. Customer Coordination
- Inform customers regarding dispatch status.
- Share dispatch documents when required.
- Coordinate for delivery schedules and special dispatch requirements.
B. Administration Responsibilities1. Office Administration
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Coordinate housekeeping and office maintenance activities.
2. Attendance & Employee Records
- Maintain employee attendance records.
- Monitor leave applications and attendance reports.
- Update employee records and administrative documentation.
3. Vendor & Service Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Follow up on office maintenance and service requirements.
- Maintain vendor records and agreements.
4. Asset Management
- Maintain records of company assets.
- Track allocation and movement of assets.
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of office equipment.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory and company documents.
- Ensure proper record keeping and document control.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
