Key Responsibilities
1. Service & Repair Operations
- Manage end-to-end service and repair of hydraulic torque wrenches, tensioners, pumps, and bolting systems
- Perform and supervise diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for service jobs
- Maintain service quality standards and documentation
2. Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, electric, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to guide team on complex repairs and failure analysis
3. Team Management
- Lead and manage service engineers and technicians
- Train team on repair techniques, safety, and quality standards
- Allocate jobs and monitor team productivity
4. Customer Support & Field Service
- Provide technical support to customers and sales team
- Visit customer sites when required for troubleshooting or critical jobs
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution
5. Process & Quality Control
- Implement structured service processes and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and ISO requirements
- Maintain service records, calibration traceability, and reports
6. Spare Parts & Inventory Management
- Plan and manage spare parts inventory
- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of parts
- Optimize inventory cost while ensuring service readiness
