Job Description:
1. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding to attract and retain talent.
2. Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts, address grievances, and manage disciplinary procedures.
3. Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and employee handbooks.
4. Manage performance appraisal systems, salary reviews, and training initiatives.
5. Develop HR strategies that support company objectives, focusing on organizational development and culture.
6. Manage payroll, employee benefits, and HRIS data analytics.
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Requirement and Skills:
1. Proven working experience as HR Manager (10 yrs + ) in any manufacturing industry with a strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
2. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to use HR metrics to drive decision-making.
4. Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
