Position: Junior Service Engineer
Location: Chennai (Travel within assigned territory- South)
Responsibilities
· Pre-installation inspection and Installation of equipment according to the set procedure and standards.
· Providing on time Service support to Customers.
· Ensure that the uptime of the product.
· Managing and taking the responsibility of maintaining the installed base of the allocated region.
· Report any potential safety failure to the Manager as part of post market surveillance.
· On time and effective reporting on the performance of product, in the customer base.
· Carrying out PMS as per the schedule in the customer base.
· Escalating the customer complaints to engineering team for Corrective and Preventive action – and its follow up. SPR process.
· Ensure that the products upgrades are implemented.
· Tracking and reporting updates. Weekly and daily reporting of activities.
· Kaizen on the product/service process/maintenance etc
· Compliance to Quality Management System current (History card, Complaint closure, Installation report)
Requirements / Qualifications:
· Any degree/Diploma
· Familiar with ISO 9000/ISO 13485 associated with Customer Support function.
· Good Written and oral communication (English)
· Hands on with MS office products.
· Exposure to Customer Support Automated tool is plus.
· Willing to travel to customer / Dealer /Distributor locations locally and globally.
· The candidate require analytical skills, systematic skills and result orientation.
· The person should be able to work with people from diverse background.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
