Role Purpose
The HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting HR operations, onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS administration, and HR reporting. The role will ensure timely hiring of quality talent and provide operational support to maintain seamless HR service delivery.
This position serves as the primary recruitment owner and secondary backup for HR operations, ensuring continuity during employee absence or peak workloads.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer rollout and pre-joining engagement.
B. Onboarding & Induction
- Plan and coordinate joining formalities.
- Prepare induction schedules.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for employee record creation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience.
C. Employer Branding
- Maintain career pages and recruitment advertisements.
- Promote the organization through social media and hiring platforms.
- Participate in job fairs and campus hiring initiatives.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
D. HR Operations Support
- Assist in maintaining employee records.
- Support HRMS data updates.
- Prepare recruitment and manpower reports.
- Coordinate probation reviews and confirmation processes.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Support training logistics and documentation.
E. Cross-Functional Support
- Provide backup support for attendance and leave administration.
- Assist in payroll inputs during peak periods.
- Support employee documentation and compliance activities.
- Participate in HR improvement projects.
Decision-Making Authority
- Recommend suitable candidates based on screening.
- Coordinate interview schedules independently.
- Manage recruitment timelines within approved manpower plans.
- Escalate policy or budget deviations to the HRBP.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline
Experience
- 3–6 years in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist roles.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, services, manufacturing, or consulting preferred.
