Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives/agents; set individual and team‑wise sales targets and monthly/quarterly goals.
- Devise and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and incentives to boost bookings, conversions, and inventory absorption.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews for the sales team to improve closing ratios and client handling.
- Build and maintain strong relations with high‑net‑worth clients, investors, and corporate buyers; handle escalations and ensure high‑touch service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor launches, and pricing; provide input on pricing, schemes, and positioning for new projects.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts; present performance and strategy updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices across the team.
Required qualifications and skills
- 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a team‑leading or supervisory role (sales head/manager/AVP–sales).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to motivate and mentor sales teams under pressure.
- Deep understanding of local real estate markets, customer profiles, and project positioning (residential/commercial/plotting).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis to track KPIs like footfalls, conversion, and revenue.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
