Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Executive / SEO Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in improving organic visibility across traditional search engines as well as AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity.
You will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving search rankings, optimizing content for AI-generated search experiences, and implementing data-driven SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
- Perform on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headings, schema markup, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor website health using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO auditing tools.
- Build and execute ethical off-page SEO strategies including quality link-building campaigns.
- Optimize website content for featured snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), and voice search.
- Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve visibility in AI-powered search results.
- Optimize content for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to enhance discoverability across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare regular SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging SEO best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
- Knowledge of AEO and GEO concepts and implementation.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
