Front Desk Executive / Receptionist – Dental Clinic
Location: The Tooth Clinic, Nanded City, Pune

The Tooth Clinic is a modern, patient-centric dental practice offering comprehensive general dentistry, implantology, full-mouth rehabilitation, and digital dentistry. We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Front Desk Executive to create an exceptional first impression for every patient.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience
- Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Register new patients and update patient records.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
- Handle patient queries in person, over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ensure minimal waiting time and smooth patient flow.
Front Office Operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff regarding schedules.
- Handle billing, payments, receipts, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain patient records and documentation accurately.
Communication & Follow-up
- Confirm appointments and manage recalls.
- Follow up with patients for pending treatments.
- Collect patient feedback and maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate referrals and specialist appointments when required.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory of front office supplies.
- Prepare daily reports and update practice management software.
- Assist with insurance documentation (if applicable).
- Support clinic events, promotions, and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, healthcare, or customer service.
- Excellent spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, practice management software).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a patient-first attitude.
- Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Working Hours
- Full-time (6 days/week)
- Rotational shifts as per clinic requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- work experience preferably hospital or hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
