Job Description
We manufacture natural-fibre brushes on modern CNC machines and export them overseas. We are hiring Brush Machine Operators at our factory in Elluvillai, Rajakkamangalam, Kanyakumari District. Freshers are welcome and full training will be given.
The work:
- Operate our CNC brush tufting machine after training
- Load fibre and brush blocks, watch quality, count and record your production every day
- Daily machine cleaning and weekly maintenance along with the team
- General factory work (wood section, packing) when the machine is idle or during power cuts
- Learn other machines over time — drilling, sanding, trimming
Who can apply:
- ITI or Diploma (mechanical/electrical trades preferred); sincere freshers welcome
- Kanyakumari District candidates only. You must travel daily to Rajakkamangalam on your own — no accommodation and no transport provided
- Open to working in 8-hour shifts — six days a week, Sunday off
Pay:
- Training period (first 3 months): ₹16,000 per month, guaranteed
- On confirmation after 3 months: ₹20,000 per month + daily production incentive — every good piece above the day's target earns extra. Good operators take home more.
