About the Role We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young learners (Nursery/LKG/UKG) in a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons covering language, numeracy, motor skills, and social development
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Use play-based and activity-based learning methods
- Monitor and record each child's developmental progress
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's growth
- Maintain classroom discipline and hygiene standards
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff training
Requirements
- Qualification: 12th pass minimum; Diploma/Degree in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) / B.Ed preferred
- Experience: Freshers welcome; 1–3 years' experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (English an added advantage)
- Patience, creativity, and genuine love for working with young children
- Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping
