Job Description:
HOD House of Diagnostics Pvt Ltd is hiring a skilled Information Technology Executive to manage, maintain, and support the hospital's IT infrastructure. This role involves hands-on installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and providing user support to ensure seamless technical operations.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software to maintain optimal system functionality at HOD
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to reduce downtime
- Ensure systems comply with electrical safety standards and hospital protocols
- Repair or replace faulty hardware components to ensure consistent performance
- Perform regular upgrades for system compatibility with new technologies
- Install and update antivirus software to protect systems across HOD
- Conduct testing and evaluation of new technologies for integration
- Provide timely technical support and act as the first point of contact for user issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or IT executive role
- Strong experience with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of IT safety and compliance standards applicable to healthcare
- Familiarity with antivirus, cybersecurity practices, and system upgrades
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
- Effective communication skills to assist users at HOD
- Ability to manage multiple IT tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting
