We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Operations to lead and manage end-to-end operational functions. The ideal candidate should come from a manufacturing background, with strong experience in warehousing, inventory management, distribution, and online business operations.

Lead and manage overall operations across manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.

Ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and business teams.

Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, stock movement, storage, dispatch, and replenishment.

Manage and optimize operational processes for the company’s online and offline business channels.

Have hands-on experience in managing and implementing POS systems across multiple business locations or channels.

Ensure accurate inventory syncing between warehouses, POS systems, and online sales channels.

Work closely with technology and finance teams to ensure operational systems and processes are functioning effectively.

Identify process gaps, improve operational efficiency, and reduce wastage and operational costs.

Monitor key operational metrics and take ownership of service levels, productivity, and overall execution.

Build and manage high-performing operations teams across different functions and locations.

Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and operational controls.

Strong experience in a manufacturing-based organization.

Experience in managing large-scale warehousing and inventory operations.

Exposure to online/e-commerce business operations and order fulfilment.

Hands-on experience in managing POS systems, including inventory integration and reconciliation.

Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, distribution, and operational planning.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple operational locations.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex operational challenges.

Preferred Experience: Candidates from manufacturing businesses with a combination of warehousing, retail/POS, and online business operations experience will be preferred.
