We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Human Resources Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support key operational HR functions, help build and maintain strong internal relationships, and contribute to organizational growth and workplace efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads, prospects, and talent pipelines for new growth opportunities
- Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies via email, calls, and networking
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate pipeline, candidate, and activity data
- Prepare proposals, documentation, and reports for prospective initiatives and internal stakeholders
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform overall HR and workforce strategy
- Attend networking events, conferences, and key meetings as needed
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven attitude
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch
