Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective learners via calls and virtual consultations.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Deliver an excellent counseling experience throughout the admission journey.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in EdTech, B2C Sales, Inside Sales, or Counseling are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Target-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
