ABOUT THE ROLE

As our SEO Expert , you will own the end-to-end SEO strategy, work cross-functionally with content, design, and development teams to drive organic visibility and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Strategy Development
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis
- Stay ahead of industry trends and search engine algorithm updates
On-Page & Technical SEO
- Optimize website content, metadata, headings, and internal linking
- Collaborate with developers on site speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup
- Implement technical SEO best practices across client websites
Off-Page SEO
- Plan and execute link building, influencer outreach, and partnerships
- Monitor and manage the quality of the backlink profile
Content Strategy
- Partner with the content team to deliver SEO-friendly, user-intent-driven content
- Ensure content is optimized for both search engines and answer engines
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and backlinks
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders
Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, web development, and design teams
- Communicate project progress effectively to internal teams and clients
Problem Solving
- Diagnose and resolve ranking drops, penalties, and technical SEO issues
- Propose and implement data-backed solutions to improve search visibility

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
✅ 2+ years of proven SEO experience with successful campaigns
✅ Minimum 2 years in a Digital Marketing Agency (Mandatory)
✅ Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
✅ Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
✅ Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
✅ Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
