Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Branch Customer Support Executive – Currency & Card Delivery to support our branch operations by ensuring the safe and timely delivery of foreign currency, prepaid travel cards, and related documents to customers. The role also involves assisting customers with forex services, maintaining transaction records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesCurrency & Card Delivery
- Deliver foreign currency, prepaid travel cards, and related documents to customers at designated locations.
- Ensure safe handling, verification, and acknowledgement of all deliveries.
- Coordinate with branch operations for timely dispatch and successful delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information and financial instruments.
Customer Support
- Assist customers with queries related to forex services, travel cards, remittances, and documentation.
- Guide customers on required documents for forex transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery and customer interactions.
- Collect and verify customer acknowledgements and required documents.
Branch Operations Support
- Support branch operations in processing customer requests.
- Assist in maintaining transaction records and delivery logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requests.
- Ensure timely reporting of completed deliveries and pending assignments.
Compliance & Documentation
- Verify customer identity and required documents before delivery.
- Follow company policies, KYC requirements, and operational procedures.
- Report any discrepancies or suspicious activities to the Branch Manager immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer documentation.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Logistics, Customer Service, Delivery Operations, or Forex will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Responsible and trustworthy with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned city.
Mandatory Requirement
- A valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory.
