Job Description
We are seeking a talented Web Designer & Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing interfaces and developing responsive, high-performance websites and web applications. You will work closely with the team to create intuitive user experiences and implement clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly website layouts.
- Develop websites and web applications using modern technologies.
- Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive web pages.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
- Collaborate with the team to improve existing products and develop new features.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Test, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Knowledge of PHP and Laravel is a plus.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in web design or web development is an advantage.
