We are looking for driven and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our sales team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Cold calling prospective customers, including college students and working professionals.
- Work with company-provided organic leads
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per team lead and company requirements.
- Collaborating closely with the team lead for day-to-day tracking and performance reviews.
- Driving sales through excellent convincing power and closing the deal skills, contributing to overall company growth
Who can apply:
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Strong Tamil & English communication
- Good convincing and closing skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
