We are looking for an experienced Event Manager who can lead teams, handle clients, drive business growth initiatives, and ensure successful event execution from planning to completion.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Manager with strong leadership and operational skills to manage event projects, coordinate teams, develop business strategies, and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be capable of handling multiple projects, and be ready to travel when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute corporate events, weddings, and other event projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead and manage the event team and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Monitor event timelines, budgets, logistics, vendor management, and overall execution.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review project progress, performance, and upcoming requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to create and implement new business development strategies and growth plans.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative event concepts and business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings and understand project requirements, expectations, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with production teams, operations teams, and external stakeholders.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Prepare project reports and provide updates to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the event industry.
- Strong experience in managing both corporate events and weddings.
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in planning, coordination, and event operations.
- Ready to travel based on business requirements.
- Ready to attend client meetings as required.
