Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance management processes.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Support statutory compliance and maintain HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives as required.
Administration
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, facility management, and maintenance teams.
- Handle travel bookings, accommodation, courier services, and meeting arrangements.
- Maintain office assets and administrative records.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Support event planning, employee celebrations, and company meetings.
- Assist management with administrative reports and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and labor law compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
