About the Role
Sanjay Ghodawat International School is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process for academic and non-academic positions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, recruitment expertise, and a thorough understanding of hiring practices within educational institutions. Candidates having prior experience in school recruitment will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for teaching, administrative, and support staff positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee references, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per organizational requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with Principals, Coordinators, HoDs, and Management.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and candidate assessments.
- Maintain recruitment databases, employee records, and hiring reports.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities and induction processes for new employees.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining recruitment quality standards.
- Assist HR department in various HR operations and employee engagement activities when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with prior school or educational institution recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office is essential.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
