We are looking for a proactive and analytical Procurement Executive to strengthen our procurement and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan warehouse inventory for FMCG products to ensure optimum stock availability.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to enhance sourcing capabilities and secure competitive commercial terms.
- Drive procurement planning to maximize margins while ensuring product availability.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and promotional support with vendors.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams for effective inventory planning and replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs, excess inventory, and product expiry.
- Track vendor performance based on pricing, quality, fill rate, service levels, and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with suppliers and brand partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new products, sourcing opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and documentation standards.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including delayed deliveries, quality concerns, shortages, invoice discrepancies, and claims.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and plan procurement requirements.
- Prepare procurement MIS reports and analyze purchasing data to support business decisions.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, inventory planning, and supply chain operations.
- Experience in sourcing FMCG products and consumables.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and cost optimization skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis).
- Working knowledge of ERP or procurement software.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors while meeting procurement timelines.
- High attention to detail, documentation, and follow-up.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Buying, Category Management, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in FMCG, Modern Trade, Retail, E-commerce, or the Vending industry is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be given preference.
- Willing to work from the Andheri East, Mumbai office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
