The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, quality, and compliance while supporting business growth.

- Operational Strategy
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs.
- Business Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across all departments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Customer Service.
- Resolve operational issues and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies where applicable.
- Standardize operating procedures and ensure compliance.
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor operating costs and improve profitability.
- Ensure efficient utilization of company resources.
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics operations.
- Optimize supply chain performance and vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- People Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
- Address customer escalations and implement corrective actions.
- Improve customer experience through operational improvements.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Maintain health, safety, and quality standards.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Technology & Digital Transformation
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Oversee ERP, CRM, and operational systems implementation and optimization.
- Use data analytics for decision-making and forecasting.
- Performance Monitoring
- Review operational reports and dashboards.
- Analyze productivity, quality, costs, and service levels.
- Present operational performance to senior management.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and key partners.
- Support business expansion and new project implementation.
