Job Title: Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant with over 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Projects Financial Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will also have exposure to the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) domain.
In this role, the consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully deliver end-to-end implementations and enhancements within Oracle Fusion PPM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules including Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Contracts.
- Work closely with onsite SMEs and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Perform end-to-end functional configuration/setup in Oracle Cloud PPM modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), configuration documents, business process flows, and test scenarios.
- Hands-on experience in Project Costing setups, expenditure types, burden schedules, cost allocation, and billing extensions.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle processes including project creation, budgeting, forecasting, costing, billing, and revenue generation.
- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities; coordinate defect resolution with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Work extensively in offshore-onsite delivery model and coordinate with customer stakeholders across MEA region.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other Oracle Cloud module teams for end-to-end business process integration.
- Experience in PPM integrations with Oracle Financials including AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets.
- Ability to analyze business gaps and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices and process improvements.
- Support data migration activities including validation, reconciliation, and cutover support.
- Exposure to reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills are mandatory.
- Experience in at least 2–3 Oracle Cloud PPM implementation projects is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.16 - ₹2,800,000.42 per year
